Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website crmbysspl.com and the Lead CRM, Website and AutoBuyer packages (together, the "Services") provided by Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

• Lead CRM Package: access to our web-based lead management software for the number of users in your quote.
• Website Package: design, development and launch of a website as described in your quote, and related domain, hosting and email setup.
• AutoBuyer Package: a license to use the AutoBuyer Chrome extension on the number of systems in your quote.

The exact scope, price and duration of each package are set out in the quote or invoice we send you.

2. Quotes, payment and renewal

• Prices are as stated in your quote. Taxes such as GST are charged as applicable.
• Subscription packages (CRM and AutoBuyer licenses, hosting) run for the period stated and must be renewed to continue.
• We may suspend Services if payment is overdue, after giving you notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details and license keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and licenses.
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
• Make sure you have the right to use any content (logos, photos, text) you give us for your website.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or share the software or license keys except as allowed in your quote.

4. AutoBuyer

• AutoBuyer is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by any marketplace. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their owners.
• The extension clicks "Buy Now" using your marketplace account, credits and buying rules. You are responsible for your category settings, the leads bought and any charges from the marketplace.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of the extension complies with the marketplace's terms for your account.
• The marketplace may change its website at any time, which can stop the extension working until we release an update. We will make reasonable efforts to update it but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Each license is for the number of systems stated. We may revoke licenses that are shared, resold or misused.

5. Website ownership

Once your Website Package is paid in full, you own your website content and your domain name. Our underlying code, templates and tools remain our property, and you receive a licence to use them for your website.

6. Your data

You own the data you store in the CRM. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export of your CRM data at any time while your subscription is active.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available and to respond to support requests promptly, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance may occasionally cause downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost leads or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end the Services if you breach these Terms. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
