This Privacy Policy explains how Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating the brand CRMbySSPL and the website crmbysspl.com, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or use our Lead CRM, Website and AutoBuyer packages.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and quote requests: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, business name, city, the package you're interested in and any message you send.
• Customer account details: when you buy a package, billing details such as business name, address and GSTIN, and the names and emails of users you add to the CRM.
• Content you provide for your website: logos, photos, product details and text.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• AutoBuyer licensing: a random device ID, the system name you enter, extension version and IP address, used only to check your license.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, send quotes and arrange demos.
• To provide, set up and support the packages you buy.
• To issue invoices and meet legal and tax obligations.
• To keep our website, CRM and license server secure and prevent misuse.
• To tell you about updates to the products you use. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

3. Your CRM data

Leads, contacts and notes you store in the Lead CRM belong to you. We process them only to provide the service to you. We do not sell, rent or use your CRM data for our own marketing.

4. AutoBuyer Chrome extension

• Where it runs: only on the Recent Buy Leads page of your B2B marketplace seller panel. It is inactive on every other website and page.
• What it does there: reads the leads shown on that page, compares them with the categories you set, and clicks "Buy Now" on matching leads using the seller account you are already logged into.
• What it stores on your computer: your settings (categories, timing), the list of leads it clicked, your license key and system name. These stay in your browser.
• What it sends to us: only a random device ID, the system name you enter, your license key, the extension version and your IP address, so our server can check your license.
• What it never collects: marketplace usernames or passwords, payment or bank details, browsing history, or anything on other websites or tabs.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, email and payment providers), under confidentiality obligations;
• authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

7. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (https), to protect your information. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, customer data for the duration of your subscription and as required by law afterwards, and then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing messages, by writing to support@crmbysspl.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
