Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 27 September 2026

This policy applies to packages purchased from Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited under the CRMbySSPL brand. The specific terms in your quote or invoice take priority if they differ.

1. AutoBuyer licenses

  • If a license key has not been activated on any system, you can cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
  • Once a license key has been activated, the license fee is non-refundable, because the software has been delivered.
  • If AutoBuyer stops working because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will extend your license period or refund the unused portion.
  • No refunds are given for leads bought on a marketplace using the extension; those purchases are between you and the marketplace.

2. Lead CRM subscriptions

  • You can cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of the subscription fee, excluding any one-time setup charge.
  • After 7 days, you can cancel at any time and the subscription will not renew. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
  • Before your account closes, you can ask us for an export of your data.

3. Website packages

  • Website projects usually require an advance payment before work starts.
  • If you cancel before design work has begun, the advance is refunded in full.
  • If you cancel after work has started, we refund the advance minus the value of work already completed.
  • Domain registration, hosting and third-party charges are non-refundable once purchased, as we pay them to the providers.

4. Complete Growth Bundle

Each part of the bundle follows the rules above. Because the bundle is discounted, a partial cancellation may be recalculated at the individual package prices.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@crmbysspl.com from your registered email with your business name, invoice number and the reason. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
