Privacy Policy – AutoBuyer
Chrome extension by Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited · Effective date: 27 September 2026 (updated for paid plans)
https://seller.indiamart.com/bltxn/?pref=recent) in your seller panel,
or on one other lead page that you or your administrator set in the extension.
It does nothing on any other website or page.
1. What the extension does
On the IndiaMART Recent BuyLeads page, the extension:
- reads the leads shown on that page,
- compares them with the product categories you have set in the extension, and
- clicks IndiaMART's "Buy Now" button for leads that match, using your own IndiaMART seller account that is already logged in.
If you turn on auto-refresh, it also reloads that page at the time interval you choose, so new leads appear.
2. Where the extension works
- It runs only on one lead page: by default
https://seller.indiamart.com/bltxn/?pref=recent. - The lead page can be changed by your administrator or by you in the extension popup. The extension always shows which page it is using. To run on a page on a different website, Chrome first asks you for permission, and you can refuse or remove it at any time.
- It is not active on any other website, on other IndiaMART pages, or in other browser tabs.
- It does not read your browsing history, bookmarks, other tabs, or what you type on other websites.
- Until you open the IndiaMART Recent BuyLeads page, the extension does nothing in your browser.
3. What the extension does NOT do
- It does not collect or store your IndiaMART username, password or login details.
- It does not collect payment, bank or card details.
- It does not send lead details, buyer names or buyer contact details to us or to anyone else.
- It does not show ads, track you across websites, or use analytics or tracking tools.
- It does not sell, rent or trade any data.
4. Data stored only on your computer
These settings are saved in Chrome's storage on your own computer and are not sent to us:
- the product categories you choose,
- the refresh and scan times, and the auto-buy on/off setting,
- a list of the last 200 leads the extension clicked (lead title and time), shown to you in the extension window.
Uninstalling the extension deletes this data. You can also clear the clicked-leads list with the "Clear" button.
5. Data sent to our license server
To check that your copy is licensed, the extension contacts our license server from time to time and sends:

The server replies with your license status and extension settings (for example, updated page settings). No other information is sent.
5a. Payments
- Paid plans are bought on our payment page and processed by PhonePe (UPI, cards, net banking). Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on PhonePe's page and are never seen or stored by us; PhonePe handles them under its own privacy policy.
- We store a record of each payment: mobile number, plan, amount, date, status, and the PhonePe order and transaction IDs. We use it to activate your plan, answer support questions, and for accounting and tax records.
6. How long we keep data and who can see it
- License server data is kept while your license or plan is in use. It is removed when the license or system record is deleted, or when you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
- Only authorised administrators of Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited can see it. It is used only to manage licenses, plans and payments. We do not use your mobile number for marketing.
- We do not share it with anyone, unless the law requires us to.
7. Your control
- You choose which categories are bought, and you can remove them at any time.
- You can switch off "Enable Auto Buy" or auto-refresh in the extension window at any time.
- You can uninstall the extension at any time from
chrome://extensions. - Leads bought through your IndiaMART account are charged according to IndiaMART's own terms and your IndiaMART plan. Please set your categories carefully.
8. Chrome Web Store policy
This extension's use of information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Not affiliated with IndiaMART
AutoBuyer is an independent tool made by Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited. It is not made, endorsed or supported by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. "IndiaMART" is a trademark of its owner.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
